Cynthia E. De Bellis, Principal Technology Consultant, has over twenty years of experience in the fields of computer science, mathematics and education. She has analyzed, designed, and implemented customized programming and applications, including processes, documentation and training, for small businesses in Massachusetts and New York. In addition, Cynthia has designed, deployed and managed networks (including developing and delivering training in using network resources and applications) and taught computer science, higher level mathematics (Calculus, Pre-Calculus, and Statistics) at a Southeastern Massachusetts public high school. Cynthia has also taught graduate courses in computer science, computer applications and mathematics for two Massachusetts public colleges.
Cynthia earned a Bachelor and Masters degree from Syracuse University, completed advanced graduate work in Computer Sciences and mathematics, competed for, won, and completed three National Science Foundation grants in the fields of Algorithmic Mathematics, Computer Science, and Computational Science, and holds certifications in mathematics and instructional technology.
Cynthia is also a professional musician who has freelanced throughout southeastern Massachusetts and currently is a member of the French horn section of the Cape Cod Symphony Orchestra.
